How to contribute through Workplace Giving?
The Fibromyalgia Coalition International is eligible to receive Workplace Giving contributions through Community Health Charities of Kansas and Missouri. You may choose to make a gift to FCI by payroll deduction or a one-time contribution by cash or check.
United Way Campaign in Kansas and Missouri Heart of America United Way Campaigns , Wyandotte County, Johnson County, and Jackson County United Way donors may direct their donation to FCI through Community Health Charities via Donor Choice card. We receive no allocation through United Way – only Donor Directed gifts.
Combined Federal Campaign - Find Fibromyalgia Coalition International under Community Health Charities in the index of the Campaign booklet and write in the FCI number.
